1. Who you are contracting with

Adapters Lab is operated by Neventry Labs LLC ("Neventry Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into an agreement with Neventry Labs LLC.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Adapters Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The service

Adapters Lab provides AI-guided exercises, tools, and educational content related to the book ADAPTERS by Felipe Veit. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep it useful and reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated content is educational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them, and for ensuring you have rights to any inputs you submit. The service is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not (a) use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service; (d) upload malware; (e) attempt to extract content for resale; or (f) use the service to generate prohibited content (including illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or material designed to bypass safety measures). You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, and any content you submit.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles checkout, billing, and card processing on our behalf. Stripe's name may appear on your bank or card statement alongside ours.

Payment, billing, currency conversion, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's terms in addition to our Refund Policy below.

8. Intellectual property

The ADAPT method, brand assets, software, and original content on Adapters Lab are the property of Neventry Labs LLC and its licensors (including Felipe Veit and the publisher of ADAPTERS for the book itself). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the technical limits of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these terms or our acceptable-use rules; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; (d) repeated or serious policy violations; or (e) requirements imposed by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

10. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through Adapters Lab. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. To request a refund, email us at info@neventrylabs.com. with your order details and we will process it through Stripe.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neventry Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limitation.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Neventry Labs LLC against claims arising from content you submit, your use of outputs, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neventry Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
