Who we are

Adapters Lab is operated by Neventry Labs LLC ("Neventry Labs", "we", "us"), the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@neventrylabs.com.

Categories of personal data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name (if provided), hashed password, account preferences.
  • Module inputs and AI outputs: processed transiently to generate your draft and then discarded; outputs are emailed to the address you choose.
  • Communications: support messages and newsletter preferences.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, and basic usage telemetry used for security, fraud prevention, and reliability.
  • Order data: when you purchase, our payment processor Stripe collects billing details directly. We receive limited order metadata (product, status, customer ID) to provision your access.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the service (account, modules, content delivery) - performance of a contract with you.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions - performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax, invoicing).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and service reliability - our legitimate interests in operating a safe service.
  • Newsletter and product updates - your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal compliance - where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.

How we share data

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") - our payment processor. Stripe handles checkout, payments, billing, and card processing on our behalf. Neventry Labs LLC is the seller of record for all transactions. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Infrastructure subprocessors - hosting, database, authentication, transactional email, and AI inference providers used to deliver the service.
  • Professional advisers - legal, accounting, and compliance advisers, where necessary.
  • Authorities - where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Data retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion, then erased or anonymised (except where law requires longer).
  • Order and tax records: retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Module inputs: not stored after the output is generated.
  • Support communications: retained for up to 24 months.
  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe, then promptly deleted.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for our databases, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, least-privilege service credentials, audit logging, regular dependency updates, and access reviews for staff and subprocessors.

International transfers

Some of our subprocessors and Stripe may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe's hosted checkout sets its own cookies necessary to process your transaction.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email info@neventrylabs.com. we respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will post any updates to this policy on this page and notify registered users by email when changes are material.
